Les Borsai is a Los Angeles-based serial technology entrepreneur, former music promoter and manager, and advisor in the crypto, and music-technology industries. Sitting at the cross-section of entertainment and economics his entire career, Borsai recognized that crypto was the next big cultural and financial revolution, taking on an advisor role to Ripple Labs in 2013, and becoming one of the earliest investors in Ethereum, XRP, Tezos, and NFTs. He previously managed artists such as Wynonna Judd and Jason Mraz and in 2018, became a Co-Founder at Wave Digital Assets, a SEC-registered investment advisory firm that provides a unique combination of venture capital, fund, and private wealth management to the digital asset ecosystem. Borsai sits on the board at RFLXT, a Web3 organization striving to shape the future of the talent & entertainment industry. Borsai is an author at Spin Magazine, and has been featured in a variety of top-tier global publications including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Bloomberg, Forbes, CNBC, TechCrunch, CNN, and The Hollywood Reporter.

Benjamin Tsai is the Co-Founder & President at Wave Digital Assets, a SEC-registered investment advisory firm that provides a unique combination of venture capital, fund, and private wealth management to the digital asset ecosystem. Ben oversees product development and trading for the firm. A trilingual crypto-native and veteran in traditional finance, Ben holds over 15 years of senior leadership experience at Merrill Lynch Singapore Commodities where he served as CEO, and Alliance Bernstein where he led business strategy and managed profitable distribution teams across Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul, and Taipei. Ben invests and mentors early-stage startups in Southern California, holds numerous security licenses, and received a B.S. in Engineering from UC Berkeley as well as an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he is currently teaching crypto finance.

Jennifer Wilde Anderson is the co-founder and COO of Wave Digital Assets, an SEC registered asset manager which has deployed over $1B since its inception in 2018. Ms. Anderson brings over a decade of asset management operating experience to Wave.  She currently leads all aspects of Wave’s operations, including compliance, legal & regulatory, finance, and HR.  Ms. Anderson is a graduate of Yale and the University of Chicago School of Law and is a member of the California Bar.

Kelly Chapman is the Head of Legal and Chief Compliance Officer of Wave Digital Assets. Ms. Chapman has over 12 years of experience in the asset management industry, including over 10 years as an attorney focusing on asset management, fintech/blockchain, and securities regulation matters both at major law firms (Fried Frank and Wilson Sonsini), and in-house at a blockchain startup. Ms. Chapman is a graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and Georgetown University Law Center, and she is admitted to practice law in California and New York, and the District of Columbia.
